Artisan Report Card
Privacy Policy

EFFECTIVE 2 SEPTEMBER 2026 · APPLIES TO com.jumppointllc.reportcard

01Who we are

Artisan Report Card is published by Jump Point LLC ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. The app is branded Artisan House and is intended for homeowners assessing the visible condition of their own property.

You can reach us about anything in this policy at support@jumppointllc.com.

02What we collect

Only what the app needs to produce and keep your report. Every item below corresponds to something you type, photograph, or choose — there is no background collection.

CategoryWhat it includes
AccountEmail address, display name, and account type, provided when you sign in.
PropertyStreet address, city, state, ZIP, and optional details you enter: year built, square footage, bedroom and bathroom counts, property type, and your own notes.
Report contentRooms, fixtures, observations, prompts you answer, free-text notes, and the timestamps and template version attached to each report.
PhotographsImages you take of rooms and fixtures during a walkthrough.

What we do not collect

03Why we collect it

We do not use your information to advertise to you, and we do not use the contents of your reports or photographs to train machine‑learning models.

04What stays on your device

The app is offline‑first. Reports are written to local storage on your phone as you work and remain usable without a connection. Sign‑in tokens are held in the operating system's secure keystore, not in ordinary app storage.

Uninstalling the app removes everything held locally on that device. It does not delete data already synced to our servers — see section 7.

05Who else sees it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. Your report is visible to you and to anyone you choose to send it to.

One service provider processes data on our behalf:

Account sign‑in and the application database run on infrastructure we operate ourselves. Beyond the provider above, we disclose information only where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect someone's safety or our legal rights.

06How it is protected

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and any regulator required by the law that applies to you.

07Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account at any time, from inside the app or by writing to support@jumppointllc.com.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. When you delete your account we remove your account record, your properties, your reports, and your photographs from our systems. There is no recovery window and no archived copy. If you want a report after deleting, export or share it first.

Ordinary backups may hold residual copies for a short period as they age out on their normal cycle. Those backups are not accessible to the application and are never restored to recover deleted accounts.

08Your rights

Wherever you live, you may ask us to:

Write to support@jumppointllc.com and we will respond within the time your local law allows. We will not charge you for asking, and we will not treat you differently for exercising these rights. Depending on your state or country you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.

09Children

Artisan Report Card is intended for adults assessing property they own or occupy. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and move the effective date at the top. If the change is significant we will tell you in the app before it takes effect, so you can decide whether to keep using the service.

Artisan Report Card is a homeowner self‑assessment tool. It is not a home inspection under Ohio Revised Code Chapter 4764, and the document it produces is not a home inspection report. That framing is set out in full inside the app and is not modified by this policy.
